Using Hive
Hive connects guests with hosts offering whole-place nightly stays (Bookahive) and monthly homes (Nestahive). By creating an account or booking a listing, you agree to these terms.
Bookings and payments
Prices, fees and deposits shown on a listing are the amounts due at checkout — nothing additional is added afterward. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider.
Hosting
Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for honoring confirmed bookings. Owners may bring on Managers to help run a listing without transferring account ownership.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are set per listing and shown before booking. Refund eligibility depends on the policy in effect at the time of booking.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
